Description Saturday, May 3 | 10:30 - 12:00pm| The Norwalk Art Space | $20.00 per student 12 - 112 years of age | 25 spots | Registration required on the TNAS website Spend an hour and a half engaging your five senses with Vita Palmeri of Vita Pasta Lab LLC. She will demonstrate how to make the perfect pasta dough and explain why there are so many creative pasta shapes. Through Vita’s love of making pasta and classroom participation, you’ll learn why pasta has been essential to Italian culture and identity. Students will leave with insight on how to make their next pasta night special and a taste of what fresh, handmade pasta should taste like with a well-balanced sauce created by Vita.
